The next step to our process is design. Using our knowledge of our client and their ideas we can design a project that fits their budget, construction needs and style. By providing material samples, drafted scale drawings and photos of similar projects we can help our client understand exactly what the finished project will look like.
With our plan in place the work begins. From selecting the perfect foreman for the project as well as our team of diverse carpenters we set up a schedule that puts the right team on the project. The next step is to outfit our team with top quality tools to not only maximize quality but minimize risk of injury. Ordering of material is a big part of our planning. Wether a small project with stocked material or a complex project with custom ordered items, knowing the timeline for delivered items helps us arrive on site knowing the material will be in stock or arrive when needed.
With everything in place and ready to go we arrive on site at the specified time and date and begin working on the project. With proper plans and team meetings the project can run smoothly with minimum delays. A big must for Grandt Contracting is every team member on the job must know the plan and know the blueprints wether a seasoned framer or a new labourer. Knowing the plan and the steps to complete help the project be complete with accountability and quality.
With the project nearing completion we do a final walk through making sure the project is perfect and we make sure you are 100% satisfied before accepting final payment. From design to quality we stand behind our work even after we have left the site.
